Integrated Planning Replenishment Planner

About the role

This position is responsible for planning replenishment orders for distribution centres and stores, ensuring product availability that meets sales and customer‑satisfaction targets. The role works closely with suppliers, buyers and logistics teams to align deliveries with forecasted demand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute replenishment orders for DCs and retail outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand trends and supply parameters to balance stock and avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers and logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Review and adjust planning parameters and forecast inputs for optimal order accuracy.
• Evaluate inventory performance, identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions.
• Support commercial and operations teams during promotions, seasonal activities and new product launches.
• Generate and maintain planning and replenishment reports for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives within the planning function.
• Ensure compliance with planning policies, procedures and system parameters.

Required profile

• Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement or planning.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational capabilities.
