Stock & Back Office Supervisor

About the role

The Stock & Back Office Supervisor will ensure that merchandise is stocked efficiently and the sales floor remains organized, safe, and welcoming for customers. This role is a key part of the Boutique Operations team, supporting both inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Stock merchandise onto shelves and maintain an orderly sales floor.
• Execute established service operations tasks, resolving subprocesses to ensure efficient service.
• Perform routine inventory tasks following standard procedures.
• Train and coach colleagues on non‑routine transactions, shelf stocking, inventory replenishment, and merchandise presentation.
• Handle complex customer cases and inquiries.
• Organize work schedules, coordinate with support services, and assign short‑term tasks.
• Follow mandatory safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
• Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Sound experience and understanding of procedures or systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
