Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and strengthen our internal audit function. The role involves overseeing financial, operational and compliance audits, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring robust governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual risk‑based internal audit plan.
• Lead financial, operational, and compliance audit engagements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.
• Review company policies, procedures, contracts, procurement, and financial authorities.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Conduct investigations related to fraud, policy violations, and conflicts of interest when required.
• Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to identify risks and improve audit effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mandatory CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, with strong hands‑on experience in financial and operational audit.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience developing and executing risk‑based audit plans.
• Previous exposure to the Real Estate or Property Development sector is highly preferred.
