International Weapons School Instructor

About the role

STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS) is seeking experienced ISR and targeting professionals to serve as Weapons School Instructors at the Saudi Weapons School in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver advanced intelligence and ISR training to Saudi military personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver courseware on core ISR, targeting, and weaponeering concepts.
• Conduct training needs assessments and tailor instruction to operational requirements.
• Lead technology transfer and hands‑on exercises for Saudi forces.
• Provide expertise in battle damage assessment, collateral damage estimation, and precision point mensuration.
• Support air‑to‑ground integration, cyber ISR functions, and intelligence support to manned and remotely piloted aircraft.

Required profile

• USAF Weapons School graduate or prior Weapons School Instructor experience.
• Minimum five years of operational/tactical targeting or weaponeering experience.
• Current active Secret clearance and a civilian passport valid for at least two years.
• Prior intelligence (14N) or F‑15 pilot background preferred.
