Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator supports inventory and logistics operations for Panasonic Avionics. You will manage stockroom activities, shipping and receiving, and ensure accurate inventory control while following company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices.
• Check materials for hidden damage, quality, and conformity.
• Maintain records of received items and reject unsatisfactory goods.
• Process quarantined parts according to established guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain records of shipped goods.
• Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in inventory, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong math, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally with co‑workers and customers.
• Comfort with routine, repetitive assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using shipping software such as FedEx, DHL or UPS (preferred).
