Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end inventory management activities for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Saudi Arabia, ensuring optimal stock availability, accuracy and cost efficiency across warehouse and operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to align with demand, service‑level targets and working‑capital objectives.
• Analyze turnover, stock aging and consumption patterns to identify slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.
• Develop and execute action plans for excess, obsolete, or scrapped stock in line with company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, accuracy, efficiency and related costs.
• Lead cross‑functional review meetings on inventory exposure, slow‑moving stock and staged orders.
• Coordinate with Finance on credit notes, receiving discrepancies and inventory adjustments.
• Review scrap and RMA activities, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and internal control requirements for inventory handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or related supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
