Invoice To Cash Associate Manager

About the role

The Invoice To Cash Associate Manager leads the local ITC team, ensuring disciplined execution of accounts receivable, credit, invoicing documentation and collection activities. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial Operations and customers to maintain collection readiness and resolve documentation issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local ITC team, setting agendas, priorities and performance metrics.
• Coach team members on customer account management, collection readiness and documentation quality.
• Coordinate field and office activities, including travel plans and account‑visit priorities.
• Maintain account controls, resolve reconciliation issues and build constructive customer relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in ITC processes, reporting discipline and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in accounts receivable, credit management or collections.
• Proven ability to lead a finance‑focused team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
