IT Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑facing IT Business Analyst to act as the primary bridge between our clients and delivery teams. Based in Riyadh, you will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Endpoint Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with customers to understand their business objectives.
• Conduct onsite meetings and workshops to gather and clarify requirements from business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyze, document, and structure requirements, emphasizing ITSM and Endpoint Management solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for technical and delivery teams.
• Validate requirements with customers to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
• Support project delivery by ensuring solutions meet agreed business outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to attend onsite customer meetings.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
