IT Development Manager – Oracle Fusion

About the role

The Oracle Fusion Development Manager leads the design, build and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for a major Saudi bank. The role ensures that solutions align with business goals, enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion development teams delivering enhancements, integrations, extensions and production support.
• Define technical standards, development strategies and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security and IT Operations throughout the full SDLC.
• Oversee releases, patches, upgrades and impact assessments while ensuring compliance with security policies and banking regulations.
• Manage third‑party vendors and implementation partners to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor system performance, availability and service levels, resolving production issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging Oracle Fusion technologies and best practices.
• Mentor team members, develop capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application development, implementation and support.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role overseeing development teams.
