IT & Diagnostics Systems Project Manager

About the role

Fisheye Executive Search is recruiting for two senior positions within a leading Saudi Arabian healthcare organization. Candidates can apply for either the Healthcare IT Project Manager track, focusing on HIS/EMR/ERP/RCM implementations, or the IT & Product Support Specialist – Diagnostics Systems track, concentrating on LIS/HIS integration and diagnostic analyzer support. Both roles are based in Riyadh and operate within the same healthcare IT function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations of HIS, EMR, ERP and Revenue Cycle Management systems across hospitals and multi‑site networks.
• Plan and execute multi‑site go‑live activities, including resourcing, User Acceptance Testing and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of clinical, IT, vendor and operations stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation such as business requirements, workflow diagrams, risk logs and status reports.
• Drive RCM optimization initiatives to improve clean‑claim rates and reduce A/R days.
• Manage LIS/HIS integrations, middleware installations and connectivity using ASTM and HL7 protocols.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and configure analyzer management systems.
• Handle site complaints, track recurring issues and produce improvement reports.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading healthcare IT implementation projects (Project Manager track) or hands‑on experience with LIS/HIS and middleware integration (Support Specialist track).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI‑ACP are a strong plus.
• Prior clinical or health‑informatics background (e.g., nursing, biomedical, MIS) is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across clinical, technical and vendor teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, MIS, Computer Science, Nursing or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
