IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to ensure the reliability of our devices, networks, and technology services. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical support, maintaining IT assets, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues across all departments.
• Maintain and monitor IT services such as email, internet, shared files, telephony, Odoo, and Power BI.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
• Monitor network performance, Wi‑Fi connectivity, and resolve connectivity problems.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, endpoint protection, backups, and periodic restore tests.
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions throughout onboarding, role changes, and off‑boarding.
• Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, telephony, CCTV, and peripheral system support.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Implement information‑security policies, including MFA, access controls, and data‑protection measures.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, preferably in multi‑department or multi‑site environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows operating systems and peripheral device troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, email services, and user access management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).
