IT Monitoring Center – Application Monitoring Specialist

About the role

The Application Monitoring Specialist in the IT Monitoring Center is responsible for continuously monitoring application performance, analyzing bottlenecks, and ensuring operational stability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor application performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rate.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collect, manage, and analyze application logs to maintain operational stability.
• Set up and maintain alerting systems for application health metrics.
• Log incidents immediately into the incident management system and communicate them according to the escalation matrix.
• Collaborate with development and IT operations teams to ensure application stability and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong prioritization and time‑management abilities.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with new monitoring technologies.
