IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile IT Specialist to manage and support our technology infrastructure. The role covers networking, systems administration, end‑user support, security and overall IT operations, ensuring reliable and secure services for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and firewall infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and manage switches, routers and access points.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation and backup/disaster‑recovery planning.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting and device provisioning for staff.
• Implement endpoint protection, antivirus/anti‑malware solutions and enforce security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, vendor relationships and assist in budget planning.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
