IT Specialist – Technical Support & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a qualified IT Specialist to provide technical support and ensure the smooth, secure operation of our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, user assistance, and coordination with medical and administrative system providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and system credentials.
• Monitor network connectivity, perform regular data backups, and support data recovery procedures.
• Maintain information security and protect company systems and data from unauthorized access.
• Support medical and administrative systems and liaise with external system providers when required.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT equipment, devices, and software licenses.
• Assist with system updates, upgrades, and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Provide technical support during the opening and operation of new branches.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and maintenance activities and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support and system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in healthcare or medical facilities is an advantage.
