IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Al-Qadsiah Club is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain its IT infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security across servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V / VMware).
• Monitor server performance, apply security patches, and manage storage, DNS, DHCP, and printing services.
• Administer Active Directory Domain Services, including user accounts, OUs, groups, and Group Policy Objects.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, handling mailboxes, licensing, and email security.
• Oversee Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identity services, Conditional Access, MFA, and device management.
• Implement Identity & Access Management solutions, RBAC, SSO, and conduct regular access reviews.
• Administer Privileged Access Management solutions and support backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Windows Server and virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and IAM best practices.
