ServiceNow Technical Lead

About the role

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and delivering end‑to‑end functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.
• Implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, SSO and other enterprise technologies.
• Provide technical expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations and platform development.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex performance and integration issues.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants, and participate in workshops, PoCs and presales activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, estimates, solution designs and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands‑on development.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB/CSDM and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
