IT Technical Support Specialist – Riyadh & Jubail

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team in Riyadh and Jubail. The role provides first‑ and second‑level assistance for hardware, software and network issues across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware, software and network‑related incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and other IT equipment.
• Manage Windows operating systems, business applications and user accounts, including Active Directory, MFA, antivirus and security policies.
• Configure new systems, domains, remote access and enforce cybersecurity measures.
• Support wired and wireless network connectivity, printers and internet access.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, backups and recovery procedures.
• Apply security patches and support overall cybersecurity policies.
• Assist with IT projects, roll‑outs, migrations, onboarding and office moves.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with proven troubleshooting abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
