IT/OT Partner – New Factory Infrastructure

About the role

As an IT/OT Partner you will lead the design, installation and operation of the IT and Operational Technology infrastructure for Siemens Energy’s new factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with cross‑functional project teams to ensure that all technology solutions support the launch of the Transformers Asia business unit and meet corporate security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement IT/OT requirements in collaboration with project teams.
• Install, configure and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless network components.
• Deploy and administer servers and operating systems for factory operations.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end‑users.
• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Monitor systems regularly and conduct security audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in systems administration and network management.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
• Commitment to security, compliance and continuous improvement.
