Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team on‑site at Spark, King Salman Energy Park in Dammam. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day end‑user technology needs within our enterprise environment. If you excel at troubleshooting hardware, streamlining desktop deployments, and delivering exceptional customer‑facing IT support, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Deskside & on‑site support to resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues promptly.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions for laptops, desktops and peripherals, coordinating warranty repairs or replacements.
• Perform system imaging, configuration and end‑to‑end deployment of new laptops and desktops.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare equipment, configure user accounts and set up workstations for new hires, and securely recover assets during off‑boarding.
• Troubleshoot and maintain office technology such as printers, monitors, docking stations, AV equipment and mobile devices.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in corporate IT end‑user and deskside support.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with excellent interpersonal communication and a customer‑first approach.
• Valid work permit/Iqama to work legally in Saudi Arabia (no visa sponsorship provided).
