Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, delivering accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live‑chat channels.
• Provide accurate product and service information and guide customers through technical issues.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Document interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while participating in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Prior experience in customer service or a call‑center environment (preferred).
• Strong active‑listening, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to policy changes.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for our international clientele.
