Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our Internal Audit Department as a Junior Internal Auditor. This entry‑level role offers practical exposure to operational, financial, compliance and process audits across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Internal Audit team in conducting operational, financial, compliance and process audits.
• Assist in reviewing business processes, procedures, documents and internal controls.
• Participate in audit fieldwork under senior guidance and collect, organize and analyse audit‑related information.
• Perform basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, exceptions and unusual transactions.
• Support process walkthroughs with departments to understand business activities.
• Test internal controls, document audit results and maintain clear working papers.
• Help prepare audit observations, reports, presentations and management updates.
• Follow up on information requests and support management action‑plan implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong academic foundation and a willingness to build a career in internal audit.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
