Junior Sales Engineer - Lighting & Lighting Control Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support our lighting, lighting control and home automation projects in Riyadh. You will work closely with the sales team to generate new business, maintain client relationships and help deliver successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities across lighting, lighting control systems, home automation and maintenance services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers and end‑clients.
• Assist throughout the sales cycle: client meetings, quotations, proposal follow‑up and negotiation support.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and activity reports for management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical, home automation or construction.
• Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and eager to learn.
