Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic bank accounts across Saudi Arabia and beyond. You will build strong B2B relationships with senior banking stakeholders, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive adoption of Nuclei’s digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior management, digital‑banking heads and product/operations leads at banks.
• Understand each bank’s customer segments and digital strategy to tailor proposals using Nuclei’s marketplace, SaaS offerings and subscription bundles.
• Coordinate with internal product, technology and operations teams to ensure timely integration and launch.
• Monitor account health – usage, transaction volumes and customer adoption – and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic guidance rather than just a vendor relationship.
• Provide feedback to influence Nuclei’s product roadmap based on market and client insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales, account management, client success or business development experience, preferably in fintech, banking or SaaS.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision‑makers in banks.
• Strong business sense and comfort with enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
• Self‑starter, proactive and comfortable in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate delivery and operations.
