Key Account Team Leader / Supervisor – Pharma & FMCG

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and grow its key pharmaceutical and FMCG customer accounts in Dammam. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of Key Account Executives, and ensuring the execution of commercial plans in line with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on assigned key customer accounts according to sales plans and company policies.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of Key Account Executives and other sales staff.
• Prepare and implement account plans, promotions, and commercial agreements approved by management.
• Negotiate with customers within the authority limits granted by the company.
• Ensure proper execution of sales activities, promotions, and product availability at the customer level.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR to ensure smooth business operations.
• Follow up on customer payments, claims, and account reconciliations in coordination with Finance.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Comply with all company policies, internal regulations, and Saudi Labor Law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in key account management, sales management, and supervisory roles within the pharma or FMCG sectors.

• Competitive salary package ranging from SAR 12,000 to SAR 17,000 per month, depending on experience.
