Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to join our hotel team. In this position you will ensure that all guest laundry requests are fulfilled promptly and to the highest standards, supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
• Operate laundry equipment, including flat irons, with care and efficiency.
• Feed food & beverage linen into the flat iron and manage its proper use.
• Fold bed sheets, towels, and other linens according to hotel standards.
• Maintain fire and safety procedures and adhere to them at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Vocational training in laundry operations.
• Previous experience in a hotel laundry environment.
• Good command of English.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
