Laundry Kitchen Mechanic

About the role

The Laundry Kitchen Mechanic ensures that all laundry and kitchen equipment at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA operates reliably and efficiently. Working on a luxury resort, you will support daily operations by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and gas‑powered machines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on laundry washers, dryers, ironing equipment, and kitchen appliances.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and gas‑related faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate service records and update equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all repair activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintaining commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Required skills

• Mechanical repair of industrial washers, dryers, and kitchen machines.
• Electrical troubleshooting and wiring repair.
• Maintenance of gas‑powered equipment, including safety checks.
