Lead Electrical Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to head electrical engineering activities for projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing design, calculations and specifications while ensuring compliance with client standards and regulatory codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering tasks across all project phases.
• Review, approve and sign‑off electrical designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes and client standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support interface management.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support procurement activities, vendor reviews and address site technical queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading electrical engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and practices.
• Excellent coordination, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
