Lead Generation and Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Marketing Associate to support our international clients through remote sales and marketing operations. This entry‑to‑junior position offers the chance to develop practical skills in CRM management, email outreach, and market research while contributing directly to pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using online platforms and industry databases.
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and well‑structured data in CRM systems.
• Conduct outreach and follow‑ups via email, social platforms, and other channels.
• Assist in moving leads through the sales funnel with timely follow‑ups.
• Perform market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Ensure high‑quality data entry across spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Organize and maintain databases to support reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, marketing support, sales support, or data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort with repetitive tasks.
• Analytical mindset with basic interpretation of marketing and lead data.
• Ability to work independently within flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
