Leasing Specialist

About the role

The Leasing Specialist will drive lead generation and conversion for coworking and flexible workspace solutions at Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom. You will manage the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry and tours to quotation, agreement signing, onboarding, renewal, and ongoing client support—while contributing to occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, virtual offices and event spaces.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk‑ins and online platforms.
• Conduct professional tours and presentations of the coworking space.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions based on business needs, team size, budget and duration.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, lease and membership agreements.
• Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines to convert prospects into signed agreements.
• Achieve monthly leasing, occupancy, conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of leads, prospects, contracts and leasing status.
• Coordinate with management on space availability, pricing, promotions and leasing strategies.
• Manage the reception area, handle calls and emails, and coordinate meeting‑room bookings.
• Support existing tenants with daily requests, onboarding, move‑ins, renewals, expansions and move‑outs.
• Promote and upsell additional services such as meeting rooms, virtual offices and event spaces.
• Monitor operational readiness of the space and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leasing documents and databases.
