Legal Consultant – Corporate & Investment Law

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Consultant to join our legal consulting practice in Riyadh. The role involves delivering practical, actionable legal advice to companies, investors and business owners across a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized counsel on Saudi Companies Law, Labor Law, Foreign Investment Law and related regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, construction and investment contracts.
• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, pleadings, official letters and meeting minutes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, restructuring, and dispute resolution before courts and quasi‑judicial committees.
• Support clients in handling labor disputes, employment contracts and regulatory licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of practical legal experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced academic qualifications in law (LL.B, LL.M or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, applicable solutions for businesses.
• Strong client‑facing skills and professional demeanor with stakeholders.

Required skills
