Legal Specialist – Contract Management & Governance

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to support contract management, governance and compliance activities at our Riyadh office. The role will ensure that all agreements comply with Saudi laws and internal policies while providing legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, managing the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle.
• Act as Board Secretary, preparing minutes and ensuring compliance with corporate governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, offering legal advice and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day legal operations, advising on regulatory compliance, disputes and policy development.
• Support implementation and monitoring of governance frameworks in line with Saudi regulations.
• Assist the Legal & Compliance Unit with risk management, business continuity planning and other ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, contracts or compliance roles.
• Strong experience in contract lifecycle management and governance support.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance and due‑diligence activities.
• Good understanding of Saudi Arabian laws and regulatory environment.
• Professional certifications such as GRCP, GRCA or ICO are a plus.
