Legal Specialist

About the role

The Legal Specialist will support the organization by drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing disputes. This position focuses on construction and subcontract agreements within the Saudi regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate construction and subcontract agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for projects and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and construction requirements.
• Represent the company before courts and government authorities.
• Manage legal disputes, claims and litigation.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain and update legal records, contracts and case files.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia.
• 4–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a reputable law firm or leading legal consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts and regulations.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government procedures.
• Fluent in English.
