Legal Specialist

About the role

The Legal Specialist will join our Riyadh office to provide comprehensive legal support across the business. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing contracts while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide daily legal advice and risk‑assessment support to business departments.
• Monitor contract performance, identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Support matters related to employment, intellectual property, data compliance and corporate governance.
• Research applicable laws, regulations and regulatory policies.
• Assist with disputes, litigation, arbitration and coordinate with external counsel.
• Maintain contracts, licenses and other legal records.
• Deliver internal compliance training and raise legal risk awareness among employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least two years of experience in an in‑house legal team, law firm or a related role.
• Sound knowledge of contract, corporate, employment and compliance law.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, discreet and an effective communicator.
• Legal professional qualification is preferred.

• Strong contract‑drafting, legal‑research and risk‑analysis abilities.
