Lobby Butler – Saudi Nationals

About the role

As a Lobby Butler at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the luxury standards of the Accor brand. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and special requests, providing discreet and tailored service.
• Assist VIP guests, organize special occasions, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other teams.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns promptly, ensuring swift resolution.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury service.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Supervisory experience managing a team of service professionals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Professional butler certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or French; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in household management software.
• Strong command of the MS Office suite.
