Logistics and Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager will lead end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations across Saudi Arabia, including the management of third‑party (3PL) stores. The role ensures efficient storage, handling, and distribution while complying with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and 3PL store activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and distribution to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Control operational costs, including manpower, transportation, and storage efficiency.
• Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance for demand planning and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with KSA safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse, logistics, and 3PL store teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain operations, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
• Proven managerial experience overseeing warehouse and 3PL store operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications such as APICS or CSCP are an advantage.
