Logistics Engineer

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Engineer to join its project team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing site logistics to ensure uninterrupted construction activities on large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project logistics plans in collaboration with project management and construction teams.
• Coordinate movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor site access, traffic flow, delivery schedules, and logistics routes.
• Work with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to secure timely deliveries.
• Prepare logistics schedules aligned with construction programs and resolve logistical constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage on‑site material storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site logistics procedures.
• Coordinate crane utilization, equipment deployment, and transportation needs.
• Liaise with local authorities for permits and logistics approvals.
• Produce logistics reports, progress updates, and resource utilization summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of logistics engineering experience in the construction industry, preferably on large‑scale or mega projects.
• Proven ability to plan site logistics, manage material flow, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability.
