Logistics Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base and drive revenue across transport, sea freight, customs clearance and support services. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing a robust sales pipeline, and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of the monthly revenue quota and maintain a pipeline at least three times the target.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities; conduct a minimum of eight client meetings or site visits each week.
• Close at least four new accounts per quarter across transport, sea freight, customs clearance, or support services.
• Promote cross‑selling of additional services, aiming for 40%+ of deals involving multiple services.
• Prepare quotations within approved pricing limits and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
• Follow up on invoices and assist with collections to ensure timely customer payments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Establish long‑term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve a minimum of 60% of the monthly sales target as a mandatory performance requirement.

Required profile

• Strong hunting, prospecting and closing abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilience, self‑motivation and effective time‑management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
