Logistics Specialist

About the role

Botanica is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end flow of goods and services across its sustainable projects. The role ensures that inventory is consistently stocked, shipments are tracked, and all logistics documentation is accurate, supporting both local and international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of supplies.
• Scan orders, track shipments across multiple channels, and maintain shipment records.
• Approve timesheets related to deliveries and pickups.
• Manage agent performance, routing, and scheduling planning.
• Oversee workflow and quota calendars for sub‑contractors.
• Establish and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for materials.
• Prepare shipping and export documents for international transactions.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs and maintain positive business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics role.
• Working knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
