Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and continuously improving all maintenance, facilities, utilities and Total Quality Management (TQM) activities. The role ensures alignment with company quality policies, operational standards and performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual work and development plan in line with General Management objectives and the approved Quality Policy.
• Submit monthly performance reports to the General Manager and manage complaint records and non‑conformance reports.
• Ensure daily operations comply with quality systems, fixed work schedules and TQM procedures.
• Conduct periodic comprehensive TQM and preventive‑maintenance audits for production lines and facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Management, waste reduction and functional quality enhancements.
• Review and develop facilities products to meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Consolidate utility performance data, perform trend analysis and forecasting.
• Monitor completion of facilities developments, operational KPIs and key financial indicators.
• Execute any additional duties defined in the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Section Head in Preventive Maintenance Operations.
• Certifications in ISO‑9001, ISO‑22000, FSMS‑LvI4, OSHA, Six Sigma and PMP.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
