Maintenance Services Technician II – Licensed

About the role

The Maintenance Services Technician II is responsible for line‑maintenance of Aircraft In‑Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other cabin equipment. Working directly on aircraft, the technician ensures optimal performance, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair IFEC and avionics components, including Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and cabling.
• Perform functional tests, Built‑In Test (BITE) and manual testing, then certify work.
• Execute component replacements, adjustments and cabin sweeps according to Panasonic maintenance procedures.
• Load software and media onto aircraft systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support inventory activities.
• Collaborate with airline customers and internal teams to minimize aircraft downtime.

Required profile

• Licensed aircraft maintenance technician (as indicated by the title).
• Experience with line‑maintenance of aircraft cabin and avionics systems.
• Ability to work on aircraft in an on‑site environment and follow strict safety and regulatory standards.
