Maintenance Technician (CNC & Welding)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC and welding equipment running at peak performance. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC and welding machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
• Calibrate and adjust machines to maintain precision.
• Replace worn components such as motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and safety compliance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, switches, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform upgrades or retrofits.
• Perform safety checks and enforce safety protocols.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and report major issues to supervisor.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a CNC machine maintenance technician with a strong electrical background.
• Proven expertise with Fanuc CNC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with machine installation is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
