About the role

We are seeking a driven Management Consultant to join eSense Consulting’s growing practice in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading strategy, operations, and organizational development projects for clients, delivering actionable insights and executive‑ready outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support consulting engagements across strategy, operations, or organizational development projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to track action items, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Design and deliver high‑quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for technical and executive audiences.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint decks and Word documents for workshops, steering committees, and board‑level briefings.
• Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis to support recommendations and business cases.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, capturing key decisions and next steps.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication and professional excellence.
• Support business development activities including proposal writing and capability presentations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of consulting experience with a recognized firm operating in Saudi Arabia (Big 4, strategy boutique, or regional advisory).
• Proven project management skills; ability to plan, execute, and close engagements on time and within scope.
• Strong follow‑up discipline with a track record of keeping stakeholders informed.
• Excellent report writing skills; capable of producing structured, concise, and visually compelling documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Effective communicator in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s a plus).
