Manager - Bus Driver Scheduling

About the role

Coastal Transportation Services Co., a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is looking for a Manager to lead bus driver scheduling and overall mobility operations. The role ensures safe, reliable transport for guests and employees across buses, fleet vehicles and buggies while supporting the company’s vision of innovative and sustainable travel.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor daily transport operations, taking corrective action for schedule changes, unexpected trips or cancellations.
• Plan, schedule and adjust vehicle routes in collaboration with dispatchers to maintain seamless service.
• Manage service providers, ensuring performance meets contractual SLAs.
• Supervise a team of senior specialists, specialists, drivers and coordinators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance with the maintenance team to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, aligning mobility expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams.
