Market Access Manager

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Market Access Manager based in Riyadh. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies that secure and expand market access for oncology and specialty products across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive market access strategy to obtain and maximise product uptake.
• Partner with key stakeholders, including hospitals, health authorities and centres of excellence, to capture market access requirements.
• Facilitate patient access programmes and build strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with local authorities such as the Ministry of Health and NUPCO.
• Deliver health‑economic and value‑based training to field support teams.
• Communicate market access concepts through presentations and workshops.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with local commercial teams.

Required profile

• Saudi national (100% Saudization requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 4 years in a market access role.
• Proven experience in oncology or other specialty therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and pricing strategies.
• Well‑established network within the Saudi market‑access community.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
