Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external marketing initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing the brand’s visibility, managing media relations, and delivering creative solutions that drive guest engagement across the hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising and public‑relations campaigns that reinforce the corporate identity.
• Plan and manage media and community‑relations programmes aligned with regional marketing goals.
• Coordinate local, regional and international PR initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
• Create new business partnerships and liaise with advertising agencies and media partners.
• Oversee press releases and maintain a steady flow of media content.
• Produce marketing collateral from concept to final product following Rotana brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international media landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
