Marketing Customer Experience Manager

About the role

The Marketing Customer Experience Manager will lead the creation of actionable insights by developing advanced data mining and analytical models that support the company's commercial and operational goals. This role ensures data‑driven decision‑making across Marketing, Omni‑Channel, Commercial and Operations teams while maintaining data integrity and providing user training.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain predictive and machine‑learning models for customer, loyalty, churn, propensity and forecasting analytics.
• Automate model monitoring, reporting and performance tracking to ensure accuracy and business impact.
• Develop and enhance business intelligence dashboards, KPI frameworks and performance reporting tools.
• Integrate internal and external data sources to generate comprehensive market insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to embed analytics into operational processes.
• Lead user enablement initiatives, including training on analytics tools and dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advanced analytics, data science and business intelligence within a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex model outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
