Marketing Intern / Associate (FinTech)

About the role

WePay, a fast‑growing fintech building an escrow platform in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its marketing team. As a Marketing Intern/Associate you will gain hands‑on experience across digital channels, campaigns, content creation and brand initiatives while supporting real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching and monitoring multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Support partnerships, events, product launches and public‑relations activities.
• Manage WePay’s social media, CRM and other online platforms.
• Track campaign performance, prepare analytics reports and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Draft engaging Arabic and English content for social media and other channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and the payments/fintech sector.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
