Marketing Program Manager (SEO + Community)

About the role

Cambly is looking for a strategic, creative builder to establish its voice in organic channels across APAC, LATAM and Europe. You will own the SEO/AEO strategy and community presence, reducing reliance on paid ads while building trust with professional English learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO/AEO program, including keyword targeting, technical SEO, and localized blog strategies.
• Design and implement a global social media strategy with localized content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and regional networks like Naver.
• Set measurable goals, produce monthly performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data.
• Create content centered on social proof—user testimonials, tutor spotlights, and student success stories—to drive conversion and community trust.
• Build community management frameworks for global and regional platforms, ensuring culturally relevant messaging.
• Manage SEO content agencies and coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to deliver high‑quality assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years (60 months) of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and community building.
• Proven ability to launch programs from 0‑to‑1 and work cross‑functionally.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in APAC, LATAM or European markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven approach.
