About the role
Asdaf Arabia Business Services is looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead its sales, business development and marketing activities across government, semi‑government and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and convert them into long‑term contracts.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions and ensure successful project award and execution.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Expand existing client accounts by promoting additional services and solutions.
- Design and implement the company’s marketing strategy, managing both digital and traditional campaigns.
- Oversee brand awareness, corporate communications, website content and social media presence.
- Analyse campaign performance, marketing ROI and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, support tender submissions and assist with pricing strategies.
- Maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
- Lead, coach and develop the Marketing & Sales team, setting performance targets and fostering a high‑performance culture.
