About the role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and drive customer engagement through creative campaigns and performance analysis. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and to track the impact of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and reporting insights to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and oversee social media platforms and content.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Create marketing reports and track KPIs.
- Assist in planning promotional activities and events.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of relevant marketing experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical abilities.
